Acv30 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the acv30 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the acv30 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the acv30 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the acv30 platform. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and the platform reserves the right to close any account where there is evidence of a breach of this age requirement.
These Terms apply to all acv30 platform users in Malaysia regardless of access location, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full services of the acv30 platform, you are required to register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The use of false identities, misleading information, or another person's account is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without notice.
Your account security responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action, whether performed by you or by any other party you have granted access to.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the acv30 support team immediately.
- Only one account is permitted per user. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a violation of these Terms.
- The bank account name used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the acv30 account.
Acv30 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As an acv30 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Use of the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or system-compromising activity is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the acv30 platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Sharing or transferring account funds to third parties for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Spreading false information or damaging the reputation of the acv30 platform through any medium.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and the platform reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the acv30 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX online banking transfers, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major financial institutions), and supported local e-wallets. No foreign currency conversion is required.
Transaction terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account registered in the name of the acv30 account holder.
- The platform reserves the right to request transaction verification before processing withdrawals for accounts showing unusual activity.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the financial institution involved and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe unless otherwise stated.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information.
- Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods or accounts will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account potentially suspended.
Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The acv30 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, acv30 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
The acv30 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, inability to verify the user's identity, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, the acv30 brand name, software, and other platform elements are the exclusive property of acv30 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from acv30.
Third-Party Links
Where the acv30 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, these are provided for convenience only. acv30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The acv30 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the latest revision.
It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the acv30 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may contact our support team for information on account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
